Order Processing
USPS requires the name on the package to be the same name on the mailbox for package delivery. Please be sure to use the name on the mailbox at the shipping address, and/ or the company name and the apartment or suite number when submitting your order! Orders process in 3-4 business days. If your order is urgent and must arrive by a certain date, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order at hi@theayoproject.com.

Once your package has shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the provided email address.  Once items are shipped, we have no control over them. If you think your items may be lost, it is best to contact your local post office. We do not cover lost packages. 

For shipments within the USA:
> USPS First Class Mail usually arrives in 2-14 business days and is not guaranteed.(This ranges from $2.50-5.00)
> USPS Priority Mail usually arrives in 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed, it includes $50 in insurance. ($7.50-9.00)
